Contemplation is simply to open our hearts to the presence of God. How do we do this? Do we do it through images which can sometimes help to unit our hearts to God and yet sometimes can distract us?

In this workshop, we will learn contemplative prayer from two spiritual giants, St Ignatius of Loyola and St John of the Cross. We will also discover the similarities and differences of these two rich traditions.

The aim of this workshop is to provide further insights on how to enrich our own prayer life so that we are one with God in love.
